General Sales Conditions
1. Scope and Applicability
These General Sales Conditions apply to all services provided by Waasland Service Network to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
Waasland Service Network provides aviation services, IT infrastructure solutions, and security compliance services. Specific service details, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice
4. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver services within agreed timeframes. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify clients of any significant delays.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Timely communication and feedback
- Ensuring necessary access and resources
- Compliance with applicable regulations
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Waasland Service Network remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain liable for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
