Today, WSN stands for Wings, Services and Networks. This updated meaning better represents our aviation background, service-oriented mindset and technical foundations, without being tied to a specific location.

WSN is a service and consulting firm that bridges two specialized worlds: aviation and information technology. What began in 2001 as an IT infrastructure provider has evolved into a unique dual-expertise business model.
Our Aviation Services: We provide professional pilot services to air operators across Belgium and the Netherlands. With commercial pilot credentials including private pilot license (PPL, since 2007), commercial ballooning license (since 2012), and commercial pilot license (CPL, since 2016), we bring extensive operational aviation experience to flight operations.
Our IT Services: We continue to offer comprehensive IT support, website development, and custom software solutions to small businesses and individual clients. Our IT expertise spans over 24 years, from server infrastructure to modern web applications and business software development.
Based in Belgium, WSN supports clients across different regions, combining local expertise with flexible and location-independent service delivery. 2001: Foundation
Established as Waasland Server Networks, initially providing shell hosting and server solutions, expanding into general IT services and hardware support.
2007: Rebranding & Aviation Begins
Rebranded to Waasland Service Network, broadening focus to comprehensive service-oriented IT solutions. Private pilot license obtained, beginning aviation journey.
2012: Commercial Ballooning
Obtained commercial ballooning license, expanding aviation credentials and beginning development of reservation software for aviation clubs.
2016: Commercial Pilot License
Obtained commercial pilot license (CPL), enabling professional pilot services for air operators in Belgium and the Netherlands.
2022: Tessenderlo
Relocated operations to Tessenderlo, continuing dual focus on professional aviation services and IT solutions for established clients.
